Now just over two years since Solaris Beer & Blending opened its tasting room to the public, they’re already recognized as one of the most exciting breweries in the Inland Empire. That’s due, in part, to their imaginative mixed fermentation beer program. It’s also due to their philosophical approach, as they aim to broaden the way we experience beer. Offering everything from traditional European lagers, hop forward IPAs, fruited sours, barrel-aged beers, seltzers, ciders, and wine-beer hybrids. Beers available on draft, cask, nitro, slow pour, and to-go. Truly something for everyone!
